Our systems are tried and tested, we therefore provide the following warranties.
Damp Proofing & Attendant Re-Plastering
Treatments carried out using our tanking membrane system are covered by our 30 year materials and labour guarantee.
Timber Replacement /Wet& Dry Ror Treatments
Any replacement timbers that we install are covered by our 30 year materials and labour guarantee, the re-treatment of any timbers that we treat using our fungicide / insecticide preservative is also covered
Solid Floor Replacement
We guarantee any solid floors that we renew for 10 years.
Tanking (Walls Treated Below Ground Level)
Any walls that we treat below ground in whole or part are covered by our 10 year labour and materials guarantee.
